Appointments

Our appointment desk is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday. To schedule an appointment please call 920-432-6049 for the St. Vincent’s location or 920-884-3135 for the St. Mary’s location. It is best to schedule return appointments in advance. You may schedule future appointments at the time of check out from your last appointment.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office and cancel your appointment as soon as possible (preferably 24 hours in advance), so that your appointment time may be assigned to another patient.
