
Amruth was born in Southern India and completed medical school at Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College in Gulbarga, Karnataka, India. He completed his residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York and earned his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. He is a third-generation physician.
Amruth is excited to raise his two children in Northeast Wisconsin. He enjoys writing poetry and creating sketches, some of which have been featured in exhibitions.
