Heather Gartzke, MHA

Heather worked as a certified nursing assistant in college but was always on the path to help lead and shape healthcare as a healthcare administrator. She gained perspective working across the United States, and knows there are significant challenges and opportunities to improve what patients experience in our nation’s health systems.

With a head for business and analytics, but a heart for quality patient care, healthcare operations is where she finds inspiration. Her strong aversion to waste and redundancy is critical to the efficiency challenges hospitals face everywhere.

She believes the patient experience should be efficient, free      of redundancy, and achieve the expected health outcome.      This type of experience is complex and requires many          teams and processes to come together, in the right way,              to accomplish the right result.

“Working to continuously improve the patient experience.”
