Stacy Nelson, MSN, FNP-BC

Stacy was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She was interested in oncology early in her career and planned to pursue the field—plans she solidified after her father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After living and working in Florida, Nebraska, and Texas, Stacy felt drawn to return to Wisconsin, wanting to raise her children closer to extended family. As fate would have it, Green Bay Oncology—the very place her father had been treated so well—had an open position that seemed destined for Stacy.

Outside of her passionate career, she enjoys playing cards and board games, visiting zoos, hiking at state and national parks, and reading.

“I listen carefully so that patients have the best possible care experience, while also working to get them optimal treatment results.”
