You are not alone…we have a place where you can share your story and learn more about your grief journey while finding a network of support.

Jonathan Elmer, Grief Counselor at Heartland Hospice, will be leading a five week grief group.

Sessions are free of charge. Contact Jonathan at (920) 284-1164 to join.

Meetings will be held on Tuesdays starting June 10th – July 8th,  from 1:00pm-2:30pm.

Location: Located on the 2nd floor within the Green Bay Oncology Clinic.
