Breast Surgical Oncology

Every patient’s journey is unique, and I am honored to hear your story. By understanding what has shaped you, I can provide a holistic approach to care that is as individual as you are.

Mikayla was born in Green Bay, WI and earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University.

She began her nursing career in critical care and later transitioned to surgical services while completing her studies. Mikayla has always wanted to help women through her career, and she does just that as part of Dr. Judy Tjoe’s team in breast surgical oncology. She values getting to know her patients’ life stories, allowing her to address their holistic needs throughout treatment.

A true Wisconsinite, Mikayla embraces all four seasons. She enjoys hiking, biking, and swimming during the warm summers, while winters find her curled up with a good book, hot chocolate, and her family. Mikayla is married, has a daughter, and shares her home with a spunky golden retriever.
