Join uson our journey
of redefining cancer care
Our care begins through partnership with one another.
When you work with us, you’re not just an employee; you are part of a community dedicated to a greater purpose. It takes all of us to deliver hematology and oncology care close to home. Every member of our team contributes to a collective effort to improve the lives of our patients and their families.
Together, let’s make a difference, one patient at a time, right where it matters most.

Working Here:
Be part of something bigger than yourself.
As a team member, you’ll make a meaningful impact in cancer care.
What we do for patients is so important and every role is necessary for the delivery of care. I became a patient for a little while and got to see firsthand how our team comes together as a well-oiled machine.

Career evolution from nurse to leader.
Nurturing talent in a constantly changing healthcare environment.
Starting as a nurse, I loved my job and still do today even though it has evolved into a role outside of patient care. Green Bay Oncology has a way of harnessing their staff's talents into roles which are needed but also the team member will be successful in.
- Stefanie VanDeHei, Compliance & Accreditation Manager
Connected to community.
We believe it’s our responsibility to be committed to the communities we serve. So that’s why we show up—not just to provide cancer care.
After you've worked in a community like ours for a while, you realize it's an even greater responsibility to care for people where you live. In community care your patients don't travel to your clinic and then travel back home, they are home. And so are you. That demands the strongest commitment possible. We do our very best for every patient we serve—because they're our neighbors.
Cancer is personal and so is our job.
From professional to personal, finding comfort in a caring environment.
Being a social worker, my job is cancer. But when cancer crossed over from my professional life into my personal life, I found comfort in knowing and working alongside the providers and team that would care for my family member.
- Madison Younk, Social Worker
Embracing change for better patient care.
Enhancing workflow and efficiency through connectivity.
I enjoy bringing new technology and workflow efficiencies to the team. It can be challenging to embrace change, but I enjoy collaborating with my team to get their feedback and see the positive aspects these changes have to our workday so we can spend more time connecting with the patient.
- Katie Yttri, Radiation Oncology Manager
Our very best for every patient.
Community ties us close here in Wisconsin and Michigan.
We'll drive and develop the best community care possible because we're proud of what we do here, and because our families (and maybe ourselves) will need it one day too. Those same values gradually knit us into the fabric of this place—that's why we chose to be here. And that's why when patients ask, “If I was a member of your family, what would you recommend?” we say, “But you are part of my family."

Ideal setting for families and careers.
Balancing family life and professional growth are benefits of living in our community.
It's a beautiful place to raise kids with good public schools, lots of fun outdoor activities and close to Chicago for international flights. Being a physician myself, having so many medical groups in this area gives you ample professional opportunities and access to healthcare.

Small town friendships with big city offerings.
Discovering the perfect balance of community and culture.
One of my greatest concerns about relocating was feeling isolated and removed from some of the experiences I enjoyed living in a big city. What I found is the perfect balance; I get the close friendships that are formed in a tight-knit community as well as the laid-back pace of life (no traffic!). When I want to see a band or a Broadway show, I can easily travel to Appleton, Milwaukee, or even Chicago. We've attended more concerts, performances, and sporting events during our first two years here than we ever did living near Los Angeles.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: • Boating • Sailing • Canoeing • Kayaking • Rafting • Tubing • Water skiing • Biking • Golfing • Camping • Hiking • Fishing • Hunting • Sea cave exploring • Cliff climbing & jumping • Birding
WINTER ACTIVITIES: • Cross-country skiing • Snowshoeing • Downhill skiing • Snowboarding • Ice fishing • Skating • Ice cave exploring • Sledding • Tubing • Winter fat tire biking • Snowmobiling
Outdoor activities year-round.
Finding the best of both worlds by embracing the outdoors of our community’s natural playground.
We both grew up in small towns that were rural, and we love the fact that this area offers the luxuries of a home feeling while also feeling like a cabin retreat. There are so many outdoor activities for the family from horseback riding, boating and water activities, and cross-country skiing and skating in the winter. It's easy to stay active outside year-round.
