Chad was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He completed his Master of Science in Nursing at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
He enjoys the full range of seasons in our community and the proximity to Lake Michigan.
His inspiration for caring for patients doesn’t come from a single person or event, but rather a long series of good examples of service to others and people doing the hard things that lead him to where he is now.
He enjoys snowboarding, boating, traveling, spending time outdoors and with family.
