Gail was born in central Wisconsin and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
While in nursing school, Gail had the opportunity to shadow nurses in a cancer center, an experience that deeply influenced her passion for oncology patients and their care. Today, Gail lives by Maya Angelou’s words, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel,” which reflects her deep commitment to her patients’ well-being. Gail has a special interest in working with young adults with cancer.
Outside of her professional life, Gail enjoys spending time with her partner and their family. Her hobbies include caring for houseplants, reading, playing board games, and building with Legos. As lovers of the outdoors, she and her family enjoy activities like camping, kayaking, and hiking.
