SUMMARY :

We are looking for a Executive Assistant who is professional, has strong written and verbal communication skills, highly motivated, is organized and able to manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time position that will support our Executive Team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an active calendar of appointments; researching, composing and preparing reports; arranging travel plans; and compiling agendas, documents and minutes for meetings.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Manage multiple projects.
  • Coordinate Board, committee and staff meetings including agendas, attendance, staff reports, minutes and follow-through.
  • Credentialing maintenance and renewals for all providers.
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Research and assist with the preparation of policies and procedures.
  • Attend meetings as requested, record minutes and submit minutes for approval.
  • Receives and interacts with incoming visitors
  • Review practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Make a priority to protect confidential information.
  • Willingly accepts other duties as assigned.
