The Oncology Team Leader achieves results through people and process, and is responsible for shared outcomes. This person acts as a role model in carrying out the values of Green Bay Oncology and aligns them with our hospital partner's value system. The Oncology Team Leader, together with the Oncology Operations Manager, is responsible for the patient experience in our oncology clinics through the coaching and developing of employees to work together to deliver an exceptional patient experience with quality outcomes. This position along with the Oncology, manager is also responsible for managing a patient care environment conducive to achieving standards of care specific to patient needs.
